If you are eating for taste, you only need one bite. I used a bag of potato chips to discipline my mind. With a disciplined mind, you can overcome your weight problems.

You asked me how long it takes me to eat an 8 ounce bag of chips almost 12 years ago. I still haven't done it. I'm not sure why? I guess the easy answer is that I'm bad at following directions. Good video. I used to be mindful when wating, and now, to quote you, "I mostly shovel the food into my mouth". This video helped me realize I need to slow down. The notion of eating potatop chips while attempting to diet is completely hilarious by the way. Who would have thunk that?
